The property is located on the side of a small hill – so nobody will ever block the views and, it is the first house inside of a gated neighborhood for that little bit of added security. The property has an area of 7250 sq. ft (675 sq. m). Because of the hillside, the main house is actually built as a ‘two-storey’ structure. The ‘ground floor’ is unfinished and is currently used as storage but it could easily be converted into living space. The ‘main floor’ is above and contains the main living area. The total living area is 1680 sq. ft / 156 sq. m. (main house and cabaña).

The guest cabaña/BnB is separated from the main house by the pool and deck.

The floorplan of the main house includes a massive main living area that focuses on the living room and kitchen. The master bedroom includes ensuite toilet and shower as well as a full-size bathtub and dual sinks. A guest bathroom and a laundry room/pantry are located off of the living room. All the interior rooms are accessed through custom-designed hanging barn doors – once again maximizing the usage of space. Large sliding glass doors provide access to the pool and to the balcony which looks over the town of Puerto López & the Pacific ocean. The balcony is large enough for entertaining and outside dining.

The pool and deck separate the main house and the guest cabaña. An outside cooking area includes food preparation surfaces as well as a pizza oven and a grill.

The Cabaña/BnB is a self contained unit, with bedroom, living area, kitchenette. It has a private entrance from the street as well as a sliding door leading to a private patio and the pool. It currently operates as a BnB listed on AirBnB generating between $600-$800 monthly. You can continue to operate it as a BnB or if you wish, use it as a guest cabaña for all your family and friends who will be coming to visit you.
